After five lively years in London’s music and festival scene working across venues like Truman Brewery and beyond – Lea is now back in Bristol and bringing her vibrant energy with her. With a background in artist liaison, logistics, and creative coordination, she thrives on keeping things moving and making every event feel special. When she’s not planning or dancing her way through a festival site, you’ll find her deep in a podcast, cooking up a storm for friends, or heading out for a coffee and sweet treat. A lover of full schedules and slow spa days, Lea is all about balance. She’s excited to be part of growing a creative, inclusive space at Workroom – where ideas, people, and good times come together.

Rooted in Bristol for over a decade, Louise brings a calm, considered energy to the Workroom team. With a background in arts, design, and events, she’s got a sharp eye for detail and a deep love for building spaces that inspire creativity and connection. She’s all about curating moments that bring people together – whether that’s through thoughtful programming, a beautifully styled corner, or a welcoming community vibe. Outside of Workroom, you’ll usually find her browsing flea markets, discovering new artists, or curled up with a good book (always with a tea in hand). Lists, hacks, and aesthetic finds? She’s your person.

Jazz keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes with a love for logistics, people-first management, and programming events that feel both meaningful and fun. She’s all about making Workroom’s spaces welcoming, warm, and ready to host something special. Her days start early, with meditation, movement, and journaling, and she makes space for forest walks, climbing adventures, and cold dips in nature. (She’ll be the first to recommend a wild swim if you’re curious.) With a grounded approach and a big-picture mindset, Jazz is excited to shape events that celebrate creativity and community – bringing the right energy to every corner of Workroom.

With a big heart and a creative eye, Tia is all about capturing what makes an event really feel like something. Whether it’s the stillness of a thoughtful talk or the buzz of a packed space, she translates those moments online with care and clarity. Passionate about music, film, and all things creative production, Tia brings warmth, sensitivity, and a touch of magic to her work. Also very into meditation, hugs, and kittens – because life’s about the little things, too. She’s looking forward to attending events, camera in hand, and making sure what happens at Workroom resonates beyond the walls.

Equal parts wine, plant, and animal lover, Alice is co-founder of WorkRoom alongside her husband Jack. She brings over 15 years of events, project, and operations management experience to the heart of the business, blending imaginative thinking with calm, practical know-how. For Alice, WorkRoom is all about meaningful connection, inspiring spaces, and supporting others to explore and share their creativity. Rooted in a deep love of nature (and all things orange!), she’s happiest with mud on her boots, walking the Cotswold countryside or pottering in the garden. A warm and familiar face at the shop, Alice is always excited to welcome new customers especially the ones with dogs in tow.

Co-founder of WorkRoom and founder of sister company Little Green Rooms, Jack is the mind, and hands, behind the beautiful design of the space. A carpenter and furniture maker by trade, he brings precision, vision, and a deep love of craft to everything he builds. Jack made the WorkRoom dream a reality in just 12 weeks, overseeing the build while juggling multiple projects with calm, quiet focus. Jack finds peace in the rhythm of making whether it’s shaping timber, sketching up a new idea, or building beautiful spaces. When he’s not holding a drill, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, or enjoying a well-earned glass of whiskey. Thoughtful, talented, and endlessly hands-on, Jack is the steady force behind the scenes at WorkRoom.
